How Credits work
Two balances, kept separate because they cost very different amounts to run. AI Credits are for words and analysis — captions, product descriptions, auto-fill, listing reviews — at 1 credit a time, so they go a long way. Studio Credits are for AI photoshoots: 1 credit is 1 generated photo (Model Shot, Enhance, Drape View, Detail Shot, Flat Lay). Both refresh monthly and unused monthly allowance expires; credits you buy as top-ups from the dashboard never expire.

Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free period (3 months with our launch offer) needs no card — sign up, connect your Instagram (it proves the store is yours) and start selling. If you don't pick a plan when it ends, your store stays live on the Free plan with up to 10 orders a month.
What does the free trial include?
Full Creator plan access for 3 months during our launch offer — post scheduling, comment automation, AI captions, Name Your Price, AI content drafts, Smart Boost, and the full AI Studio including Model Shot, Photoshoot (6 poses from one photo), Product Reels, Drape View and Detail Shot. When it ends, pick Starter or Creator to keep selling.
Is Reelto really 0% commission?
Yes. Reelto never takes a cut of your sales — the full amount of every sale is yours. Buyers pay into your own Razorpay account and it settles to your own bank — Reelto never holds your money. Razorpay's standard processing fee applies, as for any online store. Compare that to Meesho's 15–20% deducted directly from your payout.
How do I get paid?
Connect your own Razorpay account from Payments — it takes about 10 minutes with your PAN card (your personal PAN is fine) and bank details, and we can do it with you on a WhatsApp call. Buyers then pay online and orders confirm themselves. While Razorpay verifies you, buyers can pay your UPI ID and send a screenshot. Bonus: on a free trial, we add 30 extra days the day your Razorpay goes live.
Why do I connect my Instagram?
It proves the store is really yours. Your store opens once you log in with your Instagram, so no one else can sell in your name — the thing that protects your brand on Reelto. It also turns on auto-replies to "price?" comments.
What are Credits?
Two separate balances, because the two cost us very different amounts to run. AI Credits cover the writing and thinking — captions, product descriptions, auto-fill, listing reviews — at 1 credit per use. Studio Credits cover AI photoshoots: 1 credit is 1 generated photo (Model Shot, Enhance, Drape View, Detail Shot, Flat Lay). Each plan includes a monthly allowance of both; unused monthly allowance expires at the end of the cycle, while credits you buy as top-ups never expire.
How many orders can I take?
Free: 10 orders a month. Starter: 50. Creator: 150. Orders only count once a buyer has paid — an abandoned cart or an unpaid link costs you nothing. Going over never blocks a sale; we'll get in touch about the right plan for your volume. List as many products as you like on either plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard settings. Your plan continues until the end of the billing period. No lock-in, no penalty.
Can I earn by inviting other sellers?
Yes — Refer & Earn. Your friend gets 3 months free + 5 AI credits. You get 1 free month + 10 AI credits when she gets her first 3 orders, and ₹300 to your UPI when she starts a paid plan. 3 active friends earn you the Reelto Star badge; 10 earn you 6 months free and a spot on Reelto Discover.
