How Credits work
Two balances, kept separate because they cost very different amounts to run. AI Credits are for words and analysis — captions, product descriptions, auto-fill, listing reviews — at 1 credit a time, so they go a long way. Studio Credits are for AI photoshoots: 1 credit is 1 generated photo (Model Shot, Enhance, Drape View, Detail Shot), and multi-photo tools like Collection cost more. Both refresh monthly and unused monthly allowance expires; credits you buy as top-ups from the dashboard never expire.

Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The 14-day Creator trial needs no card — sign up and start selling immediately.
What does the free trial include?
Full Creator plan access for 14 days — post scheduling, comment automation, AI captions, Name Your Price, AI content drafts, and the full AI Studio including Model Shot and Collection. After 14 days, pick Starter or Creator to keep selling.
Is Reelto really 0% commission?
Yes. Buyers pay into your own Razorpay account — Reelto is not in the payment at all and never takes a cut of your sales. Razorpay's standard payment processing fee applies, same as for any Razorpay merchant. Compare that to Meesho's 15–20% deducted directly from your payout.
What are Credits?

How many orders can I take?
Starter: 50 orders a month. Creator: 150. Orders only count once a buyer has paid — an abandoned cart or an unpaid link costs you nothing. Going over never blocks a sale; we'll get in touch about the right plan for your volume. List as many products as you like on either plan.
How does Lucky Dip work, and is the draw really fair?
You pick a prize and a duration; every paid order at your store during that window is automatically one entry (one per buyer). When it ends, Reelto's system — not the seller — draws the winner at random, WhatsApps them directly, and publishes the result on a public page anyone can verify. Cancelled or refunded orders don't count. Available on every plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard settings. Your plan continues until the end of the billing period. No lock-in, no penalty.
