Reelto is a creator commerce platform operated by Reelto India ("Reelto", "we", "us"). We provide tools for Indian ethnic wear creators to manage their online store, process orders via WhatsApp, and grow their audience.

By accessing or using Reelto, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Reelto is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. We provide:

• A storefront for creators to list their ethnic wear products
• WhatsApp-native checkout tools to manage buyer conversations
• Order management dashboard
• Drop alert system to notify WhatsApp subscribers
• Audience management tools
• Analytics and insights

Reelto is a platform provider, not a seller. All products listed on Reelto are sold by independent creators (sellers). Reelto does not manufacture, stock, ship or handle any physical products.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Reelto
• Sellers must have an active, public Instagram account that they own. There is no minimum follower count — smaller accounts start with lower order limits that rise as you build a track record
• Sellers must have a valid Indian bank account and complete Razorpay onboarding to receive payouts
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• You must not be banned from Reelto or any related platform

As a seller on Reelto, you agree to:

• Accurate listings: Describe products truthfully — fabric, colour, size, and condition. Misleading descriptions are grounds for account suspension
• Own products only: List only products you own or have legal right to sell. Dropshipping third-party branded goods without authorisation is not permitted
• Original photos: Upload only your own photos. Stolen photos from brands or other sellers will result in immediate listing removal
• Timely fulfilment: Ship orders within the promised timeframe (default: 3-5 business days after payment confirmation)
• Honest pricing: Price your products fairly. Price manipulation or fraudulent "original price" displays are prohibited
• Respond to disputes: Respond to buyer disputes within 48 hours. Failure to respond may result in automatic resolution in the buyer's favour
• Legal compliance: Ensure your products comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations

Reelto processes all buyer payments through Razorpay, India's licensed payment gateway. Buyers can pay via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and other Razorpay-supported methods.

The seller is the merchant of record: on every saree sale the sale proceeds are the seller's. Reelto charges 0% commission on saree sales and does not keep, split, or hold your money. Your bank/account details are stored securely with Razorpay — Reelto does not store raw bank credentials.

• How payouts work: Your payout for a confirmed order reaches your own Razorpay-linked account. Reelto does not run a marketplace payout hold or a release schedule, and there is no Reelto-held transfer to withhold — the money is yours throughout
• Payment processing fees — tiered by order value:
  • Orders under ₹5,000: A ₹10 flat platform fee and ~2% Razorpay payment processing fee are added to the buyer's checkout price. Sellers receive their full listed price.
  • Orders ₹5,000 and above: The Razorpay gateway fee is shared — approximately 1% is added to the buyer's checkout price and approximately 1% (of the seller's listed price) is deducted from the seller's payout. Sellers receive approximately 99% of their listed price on these orders. This keeps buyer-facing prices reasonable on high-value items such as Kanjivaram or Banarasi silk sarees.
• Risk buffer fee: Reelto may deduct a risk buffer percentage from seller payouts to cover rare payment disputes and fraud reversals. The applicable rate is shown on your Trust Score page and in the pricing preview on every product listing before you publish — there are no hidden deductions. Sellers who maintain a strong trust score (on-time shipping, low dispute rate, verified reviews) qualify for 0%. Reelto will notify sellers via email or WhatsApp at least 7 days before any increase to this rate.
• No hidden deductions: The exact buyer price, seller payout, and any applicable risk buffer deduction are always shown before a listing is published. The amount shown as "You receive" in your seller dashboard is exactly what will be credited to your account
• Reelto subscription fees are processed by Razorpay and are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy
• Sellers are solely responsible for any GST, income tax, or other tax obligations on their sales
• Reelto is not a bank or NBFC. Payouts are facilitated through Razorpay's licensed infrastructure

Reelto offers the following subscription plans for sellers:

• Free: ₹0/month — 5 products, basic storefront
• Starter: ₹399/month — 20 products, comment automation, analytics
• Creator: ₹799/month — unlimited products, story reply automation, post scheduling, AI captions
• Pro: ₹1,499/month — unlimited products, bulk scheduling, cross-post to Facebook, priority support, Founding Member badge

A free 14-day trial of Creator features is available to new sellers — no payment card required. The trial does not auto-convert to a paid plan; it simply expires and reverts to Free.

Paid plans are billed monthly and auto-renew via Razorpay. You may cancel at any time from your Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain paid features until that date. Upgrades take effect immediately; the previous plan's subscription is cancelled at the point of upgrade.

The following are strictly prohibited on Reelto:

• Counterfeit, fake, or replica products (fake branded goods)
• Stolen product photos or intellectual property infringement
• Fraudulent listings or misrepresentation of products
• Harassment of buyers, other sellers, or Reelto staff
• Circumventing Reelto's systems to conduct transactions off-platform
• Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging to subscribers
• Listing prohibited or illegal goods under Indian law
• Creating multiple accounts to evade suspensions
• Providing false information during Instagram verification

Reelto provides a dispute resolution mechanism to help resolve issues between buyers and sellers.

• Buyers have 48 hours after delivery to raise a return request
• Returns will only be accepted if the original dispatch security tag is intact and attached to the item. Removing or tampering with the tag voids return eligibility
• Sellers have 48 hours to respond to disputes
• Reelto may mediate disputes and its decision is final
• Persistent disputes or policy violations may result in seller suspension
• During an active dispute, Reelto may suspend the seller's store access; where a refund is decided in the buyer's favour it is issued from the seller's own payment account. Reelto does not hold or freeze seller funds

Reelto may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
• Repeated disputes or buyer complaints
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Inactive account (no orders for 6+ months on paid plans)

Suspended sellers retain access to their data for 30 days to resolve issues or request their data export.

Reelto and its content, design, and technology are owned by Reelto India. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from Reelto's platform without written permission.

By uploading content (photos, descriptions, videos) to Reelto, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your content on the platform and in marketing materials promoting your store.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:

• Reelto is not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers
• Reelto is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of products sold by sellers
• Reelto is not liable for failed Razorpay payments, payment gateway outages, or payout delays caused by bank processing times outside our control
• Our total liability to any party shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify sellers via email or WhatsApp at least 7 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.

When you connect your Instagram account to Reelto, you explicitly authorise Reelto to act as your service provider for Instagram comment automation. Your consent is recorded with a timestamp and IP address each time you connect or reconnect.

What Reelto is authorised to do:

• Reply to comments on your posts automatically based on your configured keywords and rules
• Send direct messages to buyers who comment asking for product information
• Read comment triggers on your posts to activate automation responses
• Schedule posts on your behalf when you use our scheduling feature

What Reelto does not do:

• Read, monitor, or store your private inbox conversations or direct message content
• Access your messaging history
• Use your message content for any purpose other than delivering the automation service you signed up for
• Share your Instagram data with any third party beyond Zernio, our automation infrastructure provider

As your authorised service provider, Reelto uses Zernio (zernio.com) to power Instagram automation. Zernio processes data on our behalf under their Data Processing Agreement available at trust.zernio.com.

You can withdraw consent and disconnect your Instagram account at any time from your Dashboard → Automation settings. You can also verify and revoke access directly via:
Instagram Settings → Apps and Websites → Zernio
